Coaching and Organizational Inclusiveness

 Developing inclusive practice in organizations is complex work.  Coaching can be a useful tool to support individuals' development of cultural competency with the use of the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (Milton Bennett) and the Intercultural Developmental Inventory (Mitchell Hammer).  During this session we will explore both the continuum and the inventory and then discuss a model of coaching that uses critical questions to uncover areas of growth for coaching clients.
