Exploring Personal Assertiveness

The session will explore the issue of personal assertiveness in relationships. Discussion will center around exploring the dynamics of power in interpersonal relationships, our motivations for not asserting our individual needs and interests, and suggestions for being more assertive while remaining relationally respectful.
