This training session will review best practices and critical behaviors for supervisors. Content will be based on organizational policy, legal guidelines, and government regulations. By the end of the session, individuals in attendance will be able to:
•Demonstrate a knowledge of expected behaviors during various phases of the employee life cycle
•Recognize actions that could put the University at risk
•Outline your critical role in ensuring Wake Forest provides a work environment that maximizes the potential of our current and future talent and increases engagement
The session will include special guest, Tanya Jachimiak, Title IX Coordinator, who will present, "Stop, Drop & Roll". This training provides an overall awareness of sexual misconduct, how to respond, and an understanding of the role of a mandatory reporter.
