The Women's Center series "Gender Equity at Work" is a new professional development suite that 1.) builds participants' critical eye for recognizing how gender norms and expectations show up in the workplace and why it matters; and 2.) develops participants' skills to better advocate for themselves and others in ways that support women and promote gender equity at work.
At our January 24 workshop, "Tackling Imposter Syndrome," you will gain a better understanding about imposter phenomenon, build awareness about tools for reducing imposter phenomenon, and develop a personal strategy for tackling imposter phenomenon.
“Gender Equity at Work” is open to Wake Forest University faculty, staff, and graduate students. This is not a sequential series; there are no prerequisites. For other workshops in the series, visit http://womenscenter.wfu.edu/workshops/gender-equity-at-work/
