In this leadership development course, participants will explore mentorship as a leadership philosophy, and think about what it means for their approaches to leading students, faculty, and staff. Participants will practice question-based conversations and giving (and receiving) effective feedback, and will leave with specific implementation strategies. At the conclusion of the course participants will receive the Mentor Leadership Skills Certificate. It is recommended that participants complete the Introduction to Effective Mentoring course before taking this course.
