This class will explore the many reasons why we set goals (personally and professionally) and why even the best thought out goals can fail. Attendees will learn about the importance of setting SMART goals in order to help achieve desired objectives and outcomes. Discussion will include the incorporation and relevance of goals in the Wake Forest University performance appraisal process.
