Deacon Depot Profile Setup Lab (Organizational Acumen)

Interested in making your Deacon Depot shopping experience extra efficient? Join members of the Deacon Depot learning team for this informal, hands-on session to set up your profile in Deacon Depot for maximum efficiency! In this session, users will have an opportunity to take time out to save the following information once in their Deacon Depot profile for use over and over: 

  • Frequently Used Accounting Codes (FOAPAL)
  • Frequently Used Department Reference Numbers
  • Frequently Used Shipping Addresses
  • Cart Assignee

In addition to creating a short list of frequently used information, defaults can be selected for each of these categories so that they will automatically populate on your orders and you won't have to look up any of this information!

    To achieve the maximum benefit of this class, a laptop is recommended. If you do not have access to a laptop and would like to request a loaner, please complete this form:

    Please bring the following information to class:
    - Any shipping addresses you use when having goods delivered to campus
    - Any accounting code information that you use on a regular basis. This includes department numbers and any restricted fund information
    - If your role in Deacon Depot is Shopper, please bring the name of the person to whom you assign your carts.
