From the Life Forces of Introspective Healing workshop series, the 3D course provides three ways to de-stress in 30 minutes. Using meditation, self-massage and essential oil techniques, you will learn how to create your own time for rejuvenation. This mini-session provides an entry level understanding of ways to de-stress quickly and effectively from wherever you are and often when you need it the most.

Through this healing experience, participants will: 

  • Understand three types of meditation that settle the mind and calm the spirit.
  • Understand three self-massage techniques to utilize for relaxing tired muscles where stress resides.
  • Understand three essential oils for relaxing and calming that have distinct healing properties.
