The Organizational Development (OD) facet of the PDC exists to improve organizational and team dynamics. This is accomplished by assessing the culture of the organization to determine what changes could be made to enhance the department and help it align with the mission of the University.

The first step to begin working with the OD team is to set up a needs assessment. This assessment provides opportunity to learn more about the OD services. Following the assessment, the PDC will provide a proposal containing potential options and solutions, which will be offered by our internal OD team or through our external partners.
The cost for OD sessions is $250 per facilitation hour. The initial assessment is free of charge.
