Preparing for a Flipped Class: Tools for Creating Online Lectures and Learning Objects

  1. Tuesday, February 18th, 20143:30pm - 4:45pm

Join us as we explore various tools designed to help you develop online, out-of-class materials to supplement your flipped classroom. We’ll look at options for screencasting, whiteboarding, quizzing within video, and producing video/slide projects. Each tool will be given a brief overview and will be suitable for even beginner or novice computer users. Bring your laptops and a creative mind!

Our Fall learner-centered teaching series was so well-received that we’re extending the theme into Spring with more applied, practical ideas for implementing learner-centered practices in your courses.
