A one day Symposium on the Future of Course Materials at Wake Forest.  This half-day event will be dedicated to identifying the best possible position for Wake Forest with respect to the future of course materials.  Guest speakers will discuss emerging digital platforms, hand held devices, and on demand book printing, among other exciting topics.

The purpose of this event will be to provide key stakeholders at the University with the best expert snapshots of what is happening in the digital and technology world related to course materials. Through the provision of excellent information and related cooperative discussion, the event will crystallize the current issues and generate an immediate and coordinated call to action.

Lunch will be served at 11:30 with comments from the Provost being delivered at 11:45.  Four hour long sessions featuring our guest speakers will begin at 12:30, following lunch.
