Thursdays with Technology: Using Clickers to Encourage Class Participation
18
February
- 11:00am - 12:00pm on Thursday, February 18th, 2010
In the past few years a number of new technologies and tools have emerged that have the potential to enhance and transform the way one can teach. This regular, informal discussion group features a demonstration of technology being used in WFU classes, as well as time for discussion of applications and other tools that participants are using or considering. Come to this session to learn about how the Library is using student response systems, or clickers, in their classes. Future discussion groups will be held at 11:00am in the Teaching and Learning Center on March 18 and April 15. Please put these dates on your calendar now if you are interested in attending. Light refreshments will be available.
