Learn to scale a recipe for one and to become an expert in quick & easy ‘meal assembly.’ Fun and interactive with lots of practical ideas, tasty sampling & recipes!
Note: Cindy Silver is a registered dietitian with BCBSNC. This class is part of a nutritional counseling benefit offered to faculty and staff on the Wake Forest medical plan. She will file a BCBSNC claim for your attendance to this class so please bring copy of your BCBSNC ID card with you to the session. This class is free for BCBSNC plan participants.
