In this two part series, attendees will explore various definitions of accountability and will discuss the personal, departmental, and organizational roadblocks that can prevent a culture of accountability. Additionally, we will work to identify various accountability-destroying actions and behaviors. Upon doing so, we will review how to limit or stop those behaviors.
