ITIL v3 Foundations Training

John Borwick, Assistant Director of the Information Systems Continual Service Improvement team here at Wake Forest University, will facilitate this three day course.

This course introduces the five ITIL v3 lifecycle books: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement. It will culminate in the ITIL Foundations exam, an exam with 95% pass rate for people who have gone through the training.   • Special Notes: Please note: This is a three (3) day class. Class is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM beginning February 2 and ending February 4. Participants must be present all three days in order to take the ITIL Foundations Exam.

    Full-time students, faculty, or staff at any higher education institution can enroll in this class for $600. (Please note, we must verify your full-time student status or employment with your education institution.) Wake Forest University students, faculty, or staff can enroll at a discounted rate of $300.
