Effective Learning Strategies for Large Classes
Tuesday, March 30th, 2010
3:00pm - 4:00pm
High levels of student engagement and accountability are a hallmark of excellent teaching and learning environments. But how does an instructor keep students engaged and accountable for 50 or 75 minutes, especially in large classes where it is relatively easy for students to become anonymous and invisible? The panelists will be discussing specific learning strategies they have used in large classes. Light refreshments will be available. Please RSVP by Thursday, March 25.
