Kaylan Baxter is Associate Director for Program and Community Assessment in the Pro Humanitate Institute (PHI). While her current role involves creating tools to evaluate the impact of PHI programming on students and local community-based organizations, her broader experience includes assessing institutional equity and campus climate. Kaylan holds a B.A. in economics from Wake Forest and an M.A. in education policy from Teachers College at Columbia University.
